MARES Doctoral Researchers are expected to submit yearly reports, that have to be approved by their supervisors and will be reviewed by the MARES Scientific Board.
First year doctoral researchers have to submit a Doctoral Research Proposal, at the latest 1 month after they started their research, or ultimately by December 1st, whichever is earliest. Guidelines for this doctoral research proposal are available and have been communicated in due time to the candidates and their supervisors.
Example: Candidates of the current 5th Edition, who will start between September 2015 & January 15th 2016, have to submit their doctoral research proposal by December 1st 2015 at the latest. Someone who started September 1st, has to submit by October 1st. Someone who starts January 15th 2016, has to submit by December 1st 2015.
Approval of the supervisors can take place by sending a written confirmation by email to .
Second & Third year doctoral researchers have to submit an Annual Progress Report by December 1st 2015 at the latest. The provided templates should be used and uploaded through the online platform "Personal Candidate Pages" in the "Annual Progress Report" section. Some other information on mobility flows, followed trainings, attended conferences and papers in preparation needs to be uploaded by the researchers at this online platform as well.
